The only way I can think of dealing with the need for Wines own pthread
implementation is to find out why Wine needs its own, and have the
standard pthreads keep track of everything Wine needs to know, so that
when Wine is linked and initialised it can pull the needed info direct
into itself. It'd be extremely tricky and I'm not familiar with wines
threading anyway, so take what I say with a pinch of salt.
