[Mono-winforms-list] Moving to unix style newlines

I just checked in a complete set of SWF files with all unix style newlines.
Henceforth convert all SWF files to unix style newlines before checking in.

I also updated some copyrights. If you change a file, change the copyright
from 2002 to 2002/3.

Also if you modify a file, add you name (once) to the authors list at the
top of the file.

Everyone working on SWF should get fresh source.
If I changes a file you were working on, fix the copyright and newlines and
checkin, that is all I changed.
I got fresh sources before making the changes, so there should be little
conflicts.
