[mono-vb] "Internal compiler error" and then "Unexpected error: Argument is out of range."

Rolf,
I fixed all problems I had when setting STRICT = ON, now the app compiles
correctly under mono too.

But as soon as I launch it, I get this:




Can you (or someone else) help me understand what's going on?
