[mono-vb] VB Form Designer

thanks for all replies, as I said its just basic and gave me something to do
on a sunday :). I use Javascript to drag drop but if Mono 2.6 GTK works for
vb.net then I guess I will shelve it. It did give me a little fun to create
which is the best thing about any app.
