[mono-vb] VB.net app ported to OSX & illegal characters??

I don't know the answer to this question, but my guess would be that it'd
allow things that aren't allowed on Windows, to match the possibilities and
limitations of the OS. Anyway, I'd suggest handling such issues using
Path.GetInvalidFileNameChars(), and let the framework take care of the rest.
