[mono-vb] Implicit Line Continuation in VB10

Hi,

Visual Basic 10 has "implicit line continuation" where underscores are no
longer needed on the ends of many lines where the statement spans multiple
lines. However, vbnc doesn't like this syntax. Is there a plan to
accommodate this syntax? Or does anyone know the best way to handle this
situation? I have an existing large codebase where we used multiple lines,
sans underscores, all over the place, and it would take forever to fix them
all.
