[mono-vb] Any vb.net tutorials for vb.net in the linux mono?

Personally, I don't think it's just a matter of waiting, but also of
contributing.
Will a WinForms Designer ever be made for Mono? Not sure at all. If it ever
gets done, it will have been done by a contributor, not by the Mono team, as
they stated they don't have any plans to do it.
