[mono-vb] System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at System.Windows.Forms.TreeView.MouseMoveHandler when dragging a node in a treeview

- In the README, completely separate the German and English texts. It's
quite annoying to read like that.
- The program splash screen is confusing... Maybe rather than "close", it
should be "start Repetit" or something, because I thought the program was
about to exit.
I tried to drag nodes around... it wouldn't do anything with the nodes I
tried at first. Then it asked me if I wanted to save some changes in the
database. Whether I choose yes, no or cancel, the program closes. Is that
the exception, or is it something else?
By the way, did you report these regressions in Mono SVN that you mentioned?
