[mono-vb] Import Row System.Data.DataRow

Hans,

I've downloaded the latest source, loaded it into MonoDevelop and tried to
compile it.
But there are a lot of syntax errors (e.g. many IF statements should be
changed to IIF, etc.).

Is there a clean version available?
