You want MonoDevelop.

VB support in MonoDevelop is fairly limited, basically you can only create
and build projects (things such as intellisense, auto-completion or UI
designer are not implemented).

Also have in mind that the compiler is less stable than our C# counterpart,
especially with invalid code (if you write wrong code, you'll likely crash
the compiler or get funny error messages).

IMHO, you should try it out though ;-)
