[mono-vb] Running Omron Health Software with Mono

Do these packages include the mono-runtime one? You could double check that
you've already got that one installed.
But anyway, even though your Mono installation might be faulty (I don't know
if you tried running other apps with it), as I said before, the program
wouldn't run properly anyway.

However, I guess there is still a slight chance that the
unimplemented/unsupported parts of the application are of no interest for
the use you make of the program.
