[mono-vb] Running Omron Health Software with Mono

I installed the program and checked it with MoMa:

119 P/Invokes and 32 items marked with [MonoTodo]

That's the problem. These 32 todos should eventually get implemented, but I
don't know if anything can be done about the P/Invokes.
