[mono-vb] about test case

I don't know if zipped attachments are allowed on this list but if so, 
about.zip has the current code of what I tried to compile in it.  For now 
it compiles without error but fails to pause at screen fuls of text when 
the executable gets run.  I'm doing something wrong here and mentally 
skating right by it.
