[mono-vb] So CLOSE yet still Getting Complilation Error

I have made more progress today then I have in the past month.  I have
finally ironed out all of the configuration flaws, having successfully moved
the test files to a new directory and updated the .conf files to make sure
apache2 handled it...  

After uploading my compiled vb website I get the following error.  It
indicates a VBNC crash???
