[mono-vb] Visual Basic not working?

Hi, I have mono 2.0 installed on my server, but when I tried to make a simple
Visual Basic program, it gave me the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application
Process has not been started.

Description: HTTP 500. Error processing request.

So is there any way I can fix this? C# seems to work fine, but I do not know
C#.
