[mono-vb] Compiling VS Solutions using VBNC

Hi Ozzapoo,
You can do both ways. Open .vbproj with MonoDevelop and it will call vbnc
with the same parameters like it would do VS with vbc, or just copy them and
call vbnc yourself.
