[mono-vb] Dependencies problem

If you have mono-basic sources you can use
mono-basic/class/lib/bootstrap/Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll, or you can use the
one installed in your gac, which would normally be
/usr/lib/mono/gac/Microsoft.VisualBasic/8.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/Microsoft.
