[mono-vb] Dependencies problem

You just did and it is installed. Looks like a mkbundle bug, though I know
nothing about mkbundle to be sure.

What happens if you copy Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll to the same directory as
the exe and then try again? Note that you have to use the mono version of
Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll.
