[mono-vb] Dependencies problem

Hi,

Did you do this on Windows or on Linux?

If you do "mono BNCC.exe" in a terminal does the app work?

My guess is that you don't have Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll installed, you
need to download the mono-basic package and install it.
