[mono-vb] example solutions to rebuild?

This was a mistake on my part. The *.resource files were created on a 
previous failed build. monodevelop does not re-invoke resgen if the 
*.resource files are present. However, in reference to the example 
below, it will compile fine using the build line below, but it will not run:

Errors when trying to run the executable:

exception ---> System.Resources.MissingManifestResourceException: Could 
not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the 
neutral culture.  Make sure "Calculator.FrmCalc.resources" was correctly 
embedded or linked into assembly "Calculator" at compile time, or that 
all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

This is why I thought the resources weren't being generated.
