[mono-vb] Unable to run ASP.NET with VB

The codedom code was updated to use vbnc instead of mbas in 2007-02-20
by Rolf, but I'm not sure which version of mono contains those bits, and
also it will only work properly with xsp2, as pages will be compiled to
2.0 assemblies.
