[mono-vb] Question about VB Runtime in Mono 1.2

Hello,

I noticed that the Mono 1.2 VB Runtime rpm package for Suse 10.1 still
indicates version 1.1.18.  So assuming that no changes were made to the
runtime for this release, does it still benefit from all the improvements
that were made (e.g. WinForms)?  I'm guess I'm still confused how the VB
runtime fits into the Mono architecture and how changes to other components
affect it.
