[mono-vb] VB ASP.NET newbie

Things should improve fast, now that we have a new VB.NET compiler,
VBNC (of the .NET 2.0 variety) just getting out of diapers, and
already beating the old dog mbas to the ground.

Anyway if you can't wait, nowadays, C# is the best supported language
for ASP.NET development and/or deployment in Mono/xsp/mod_mono, but
Boo and Nemerle, also fit the bill.
