[mono-vb] vb.net ide for linux

I'm playing with a Kate sytax file - it won't (I dont
think) do indenting and I'm being daft trying to get
everything (Do..loop and while..loop causing trouble)
to fold but if you cut out the unneccesary stuff it
can look close to VB in VS
If you want I can post a version on here?
