[mono-vb] Making tests

Hi,

"Test" is the folder where you may find a formal test suite for mbas.
For more details plz refer to the README file under "Test".

I finally managed to compile mbas using cygwin/windows  it took me
long enough...main problem was my PATH variable.

anyways...I see that in the mcs/mbas directory there are two folders
"Test" and "TestSuite"

What are the differences of each? and which should I make tests for?
