[mono-vb] Whats Mono.GetOptions

Hi,
what is Mono.GetOptions?
I'v got the latest version of the mbas & trying to work on it in
visual studio 2003 on windows xp. When I open it's solution file it
asks me to upgrade it, seems like its being built on VS.Net 2002. And
it cannot fine the "Mono.GetOptions". What is this and how do I get
this?

My target for now is to build and work *only* on mbas, I hope I'm not
on a wrong track
