[mono-vb] Class status page for Microsoft.VisualBasic

[A Rafael D Teixeira]

I'm away from any useable machine now,  but someone could check if Gert 
latest changes to the comparer made it work differently in respect to 
MonoTODO (case-sensitiveness for instance).

Jusat remember the source of our tools are also open so we can check what 
they are doing/expecting.
