[mono-vb] Building MonoBasic compiler

Hey Jambunathan,
Your diffs nearly solve all problems with the windows build, it only =
hangs
now during make install in de mono dir.=20
These changes should really get into CVS, but it seems that nobody =
cares
(because they're still not in CVS).
It is also very confusing that I found around 5 different walkthroughs =
for
installing from CVS on windows, and they're all different.
At least I can now make mbas.
