Hi Rafael,
Thanks for all your help.
Finally I am able to run mbas after installing ICU. I never realized it =
that the ICU is causing problem. Earlier I never had ICU installed in my =
machine though I never faced any problem.
Anyway, I have installed mbas on both Linux and Windows machine.
May be to automate the test suite in windows platform we need a batch file =
under btest.

You MUST have ICU installed, so many things in the runtime/classlibs =

dependent on it that is nearly impossible to run any reasonably complex=20
program on it without encountering some problem.

Our mbas, particularly, uses case-insensitive comparisons that depend on =
ICU=20
to have the strings correctly compared.

About you working in Windows, it is also a necessity when we need to =
check=20
compliance with MS' vbc compiler. For example, we need all test source =
files=20
to first be validated with vbc either positively (for good code) or=20
negatively (for code that should compile with errors), and then tested =
on=20
mbas.
