[mono-vb] VBCodeProvider

I ran in to the same issue as I was playing around with
VBCodeCompiler.
I have committed a patch which explicitly looks for a error|warning
pattern.

On the lighter vein, having ALPHA message trapped as error was in a
sense
good because "ALPHA" provides a good deterrent for people from raising
a
noise that their ASP.NET application doesn't work with VB.

I've noticed that the ALPHA message gets interpreted as an error in
VBCodeProvider
for me. Now this could be filtered out like the messages about debug
symbols
but an alternative I thought of is to actually use the nologo option
to
suppress this
and have VBCodeProvider set this option. Anyone have preferences on
this?
