[Mono-vb] Test cases for mbas

Hi,
I have added few test cases for mbas in cvs.
The location is mcs/btests.

The process I followed to write and build these test cases are there in
Readme file.

Please let me know if you have any concern on this. Otherwise we can
add test cases to it to make it a automated test suit for mbas.
I will be on leave for next two weeks starting tomorrow.

But I will be accessing mails from 21st onward.
