[Mono-ue] Crash

After some tests I realized that these errors are caused by
BlueprintCallable and BlueprintImplementable tags. If set
"BlueprintImplementable" tag to function - it will be compiled clearly,
without errors and freezes. But, if you tried to use it in blueprint - UE
crashes. In case of "BlueprintCallable" tag the same problem, but UE
crashes immediatly after compiling this script.
May be there are some problems with Hot Reload ? How can i turn it off ?
