[Mono-ue] Issue Compiling Mono for UnrealEngine

The command is intended for the bash shell, which is included with git on
Windows, and is the default on Mac.

With powershell, something like this should work:

get-childitem .\Engine\Plugins\XamarinUE4\Patches\* | foreach-object
{git am $_.FullName}
