[Mono-ue] Build Preview 4 with 4.4 on Mac

The instructions are for the bash shell. The GitHub app on Windows
defaults to opening a PowerShell shell, which won't work with the same
commands. In future I'm hoping to provide a fully automated script for
the whole thing which should make it a bit more straightforward.
