[Mono-ue] Distributing C# converted template projects?

Hey guys,

I've ported over the TwinStick Shooter template over to C# as close as
possible to the C++ version; would it be okay to post it? It can help with
others using this plugin but I've also littered some comments about API
usage.

I've been working on converting ShooterGame whenever I can get the time as
well, but I'm thinking about knocking out a couple more template projects.
