SIGILL means an illegal instruction.

Somehow, either Mono is trying to emit instructions for the wrong
processor type, or has a previously unknown bug in the handling of your
processor type.

I don't forsee this getting fixed - all the Debian ARM boxes were
updated top newer processors ages ago, so there's no adequate way for us
to test behaviour on antiques without spending a bunch of money, and I
don't have the budget.
