[mono-packagers] Yum repo

I was not aware of that group and I will contact the EPEL group about
contributing there.  I think they will be able to provide guidance on the
yum repo, but I would need assistance from the mono packagers with RPM spec
files.  Is there a set of them being maintained?  The best resource I can
find when researching building mono packages for Fedora is
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Mono but I would hate to need to
start from scratch on these sizable RPM specs.
