[mono-packagers] Is moonlight-2.99.0.8 tarball incomplete?

Hello

Looks like configure fails with the following:
config.status: creating plugin/samples/Makefile
config.status: creating plugin/lunar-launcher/Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: perf/Makefile.in

It's caused by perf/ not being supplied in sources :-/, I have tried to
copy its sources from linux-2.6.37 tarball but it doesn't contain a
perf/Makefile.in (only a perf/Makefile).

Also, as I have downloaded it from:
ftp://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/sources/moon/2.99.0.8/

I was going to build it against mono-2.7 and mono-basic-2.7 using
tarballs from the same place. Is this ok?
