[mono-packagers] Mono 2.10 RC2

Paul, I was unaware of their existence and will take a look. All in  
all I need to just learn me some rpm skills. It is my naive  
understanding that in order to build RPMs yuo need a spec file from  
which you build SRPMs and from that you build RPMs, so version to  
version upgrades require understanding what changes need to be made to  
the spec file. Am I on the right track?
