[mono-packagers] Mono 2.10 RC2

Hi,

I'm trying to build under Fedora Rawhide (x86_64) but keep hitting the
following error

Assertion `nlist > 1' failed!

Not sure if this is Fedora or mono but I've not seen it when building
anything else recently.
