[mono-packagers] Mono 2.10 RC2

Andrew,

The second preview, like the first still points at the 2.6.7 rpm's  
RHEL. I am not experienced in rpm, but willing to learn and have a  
vested interest in seeing RHEL rpm's for mono releases. Let me know  
what I can do to help you with getting rpm's built for releases.
