We build against the system cairo, so yes, looks like stripping the
cairo directory would do the trick. It would be nice to get a
pre-stripped tarball, too.
pixman is actually MIT-licensed (though I might as well strip it too,
since it's only needed by the internal cairo). The COPYING file for
pixman is currently zero-length, by the way.
