[mono-packagers] Announcing the release of Mono 2.4.2.2

Today we're announcing the immediate release of Mono 2.4.2.2.  This release fixes CVE-2009-0217.

The only module updated is mono.  It is exactly 2.4.2.1 + the version change and the attached patch.
