Also, you're going to need XCode installed. And for a while, there was a requirement to go into XCode and click on "Install command line tools," but I'm not sure if this has changed.

Subject: [Mono-osx] C#

What is the best way to write and compile C# code on mac?

I got Mono-project, and then I tried to get GTK#. However, GTK# says I need JHbuild, and then JHbuild says I need verify Python v2.3
This seems convoluted. Also, none of these programs are downloadable applications. You need to know code to install them and get them to work properly. I am a beginner, and I am determined to figure this out.
Please help!
Thanks,
-Matt
