[Mono-osx] using System.Speech.Recognition not found

Hi 
I am trying to open a project but a get this error-
The type or namespace name "Speech" does not exists in namespace 'System'.
Are you missing an assembly reference.  
How can i resolve this.
I am using Xamarin to open the project
