[Mono-osx] Make application open at login

I have been banging my head on the table all day trying to figure out how to make this work.  Does anybody have a guide, or process, or example, to make an application launch automatically at startup?

This is a Monomac application (or Xamarin.Mac - happy to pay if that's going to help).  After building & packaging, I have a .app which works great.  But trying to make a .pkg installer, or a configuration checkbox within the app, or *anything* that can programatically launch the app at startup... has so far... been fruitless.
