[Mono-osx] Building Mono.framework (or Updating 2.10.11's GTK+)

Hi!

I am trying to build a version of Mono.framework that updates the 2.10.x
line with the latest Gtk+ 2.24.22 (for enhancements/additions to the input
method code).

Just building the Mono source does not create a .framework, and copying the
built Gtk+ into Mono.framework causes MonoDevelop to freeze on startup
(with no error message).

So, I'm emailing to ask: How can I build Mono.framework with the latest
Gtk+ bits, and/or why isn't there a recent binary release of 2.10.x for OSX?
