Hi Kenneth,

I believe the relevant error is:

Could not load type 'System.Drawing.Bitmap' from assembly 'System.Drawing,
Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'

Sometimes I see only:

A type load exception has occurred

Many thanks
erik
