[Mono-osx] How can you launch a Mac Terminal Window for specific versions of Mono?

I have multiple versions of mono installed on my Mac, however only the last
one installed is mapped to the Mono.framework's sybolic links that are used
by the path to find the latest mono when you use it at command line.

I want to be able to launch a terminal window that is specific to a version
of mono. For example I would like to have have a link/script to launch a
Terminal window that will use Mono 2.10.9 as the one in the path. Then
letting the normal terminal stay mapped to use the latest (last) installed
version.
