[Mono-osx] MonoMac / Build process and obfuscation

I can confirm what Jason says as well. Up until recently, when the MonoMac plugin was updated to fix some packaging and signing issues, I would run a post-build script that would do the code signing and packaging for me by calling the command line tools that Apple provides.
